Do you speak the language of colours is being able to use the right language with the right personality.

There are four personality types and they are all asking do you speak my language?

 

Calling clients

If you are a net worker of any sort  and you talk to clients would it not make sense to be speaking their language?

Well there are four personality types. The scientific names are to hard to pronounce so Tom Big Al Schreiter  I believe. Don’t quote me on that one it could have been Michael Dlouhy. Anyhow lets not get hung up on that whoever did it simplified the whole process and gave each personality type a colour name.

 

Yellows open and indirect with their feelings.  They love team work and talking about helping people. 35% of the clients you talk to will be yellow.

 

Blues are open and direct with their feelings. They love to have fun and see the big picture quickly. 15% of the clients you talk to will be blue.

 

Greens are self contained and indirect with their feelings. They love to have all the facts and strive for perfection. 35% of the clients you talk to will be green.

 

Reds are self contained an direct with their feelings. They love to organise and control the situation. 15% of the clients you talk to will be red.
