Five steps| self confidence
Five steps | self confidence!
Self confidence is very important when using the law of attraction to realize your dreams.
The feelings and emotions required to send your message to the universe can only be achieved when you are feeling good about yourself.
Self confidence and success go hand and in hand. It is much easier to be self confident when you continually experience success. The opposite is also true, you can lack self confidence when you experience failure.
I am sure you will agree with the above points. So I don’t want to labor the point here. You came to this post in the knowledge that you would get five useful tips on how to build your self confidence.
First step of five steps to improve your self confidence is: Clearly set out your goals in the knowledge that you can attain them. Make it your definite purpose to achieve your goals and dreams. Build into your crusade a plan of action and definite steps to reach your goals. Commit all of this to writing.
Second step of five steps to improve your self confidence. You know that the dominating thoughts in your mind will eventually become a reality. In this knowledge you will concentrate your thoughts for thirty minutes a day on the person you intend to become. This will provide you with a mental picture of the person who has excellent self esteem.
Third step of five steps to improve your self confidence. Your auto suggestion plays a huge part in how you approach everything you do. So spend ten minutes or more each day reciting out loud that you demand to become a self confident person.
Fourth step of five steps to improve your self confidence Write down your chief aim in life. Commit it all to writing.
Fifth step of five steps to improve your self confidence. Always engage in transactions or interactions that provide a win win situation for all parties involved.
Once you have clearly written down all five steps recite the whole formula once each day.
Think and Grow Rich Napoleon HIll
“First. I know that I have the ability to achieve the object of my Definite Purpose in life, therefore, I DEMAND of myself persistent, continuous action toward its attainment, and I here and now promise to render such action.
Second. I realize the dominating thoughts of my mind will eventually reproduce themselves in outward, physical action, and gradually transform themselves into physical reality, therefore, I will concentrate my thoughts for thirty minutes daily, upon the task of thinking of the person I intend to become, thereby creating in my mind a clear mental picture of that person.
Third. I know through the principle of auto-suggestion, any desire that I persistently hold in my mind will eventually seek expression through some practical means of attaining the object back of it, therefore, I will devote ten minutes daily to demanding of myself the development of SELFCONFIDENCE.
Fourth. I have clearly written down a description of my DEFINITE CHIEF AIM in life, and I will never stop trying, until I shall have developed sufficient self-confidence for its attainment. Fifth. I fully realize that no wealth or position can long endure, unless built upon truth and justice, therefore, I will engage in no transaction which does not benefit all whom it affects. I will succeed by attracting to myself the forces I wish to use, and the cooperation of other people. I will induce others to serve me, because of my willingness to
serve others. I will eliminate hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, and cynicism, by developing love for all humanity, because I know that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me success. I will cause others to believe in me, because I will believe in them, and in myself.
I will sign my name to this formula, commit it to memory, and repeat it aloud
once a day, with full FAITH that it will gradually influence my THOUGHTS
and ACTIONS so that I will become a self- reliant, and successful person.
Back of this formula is a law of Nature which no man has yet been able to
explain. It has baffled the scientists of all ages. The psychologists have named
this law “auto-suggestion,” and let it go at that.
