The law of attraction and emotions can work for you or against you. When you practice living with positive emotions the law of attractions works in a positive way for you. If however you are experiencing one of those down periods it can work negatively for you.
The positive emotions of love, joy, sex, desire, faith,enthusiasm, romance and prosperity all bring about positive things in your life. They are about reaching out and serving others.
The negative emotions of fear, jealousy, hatred, revenge, anger, greed and lack all bring about negative things in your life. They are about withdrawing into yourself. They bring about negative things.
The law of attraction and emotions can be just as confused as the range of emotions you experience on any particular day.
This means that to consciously apply living in the positive emotion takes work.
The law of attraction and emotions can be impacted on by self doubt. This lingering fear can alter your emotions and create a downward spiral. If your self talk is negative then you will be experiencing negative emotions.
If you do not consciously do a self talk, then you are subject to the self talk that is programmed within you.
The author believes that you can do a better job.

- Block out negative thoughts. Say stop it when it enters your mind.
- Stay away from negative situations as this hinders the law of attraction and emotions being positive.
- Remove self doubt.
- Act on your hunches, don’t procrastinate as this will build doubt.
- Craft a positive self talk.
- Repeat this self talk as many as 500 times a day. This will ensure the law of attraction and emotions stay positive.
- Your self talk should be related to your why? Why are you using the law of attraction and emotions?
- Be consistent! Stop start efforts will bring about doubt.
- Surround yourself with like minded positive people.
- Read good uplifting books.
- See your self with the end sight in mind when using the law of attraction and emotions.
