The amazing part is that as you do this your results improve and your business moves forward. It moves forward to such an extent that your team grows and suddenly you are cast in the role as a leader.

The point to note here is that it’s about convincing your subconscious mind that you in fact can become a leader. Your subconscious mind is programmed to see you as a follower so until you slowly become a brilliant follower and prove that you are ready for the next phase. The next phase being leadership, your subconscious mind will be in conflict with what you are trying to do. So the way around that is to slowly move it towards accepting that you are ready to lead.

Find a leader who can do what you want to do and stalk them in a nice way of course. learn how they conduct themselves in certain situations. Choose different leaders for every area of your life and learn from them.
