Creative use of your time. This is a very big area and one that needs a great deal of attention. One simple way that may help you as it has helped me is to work out when you are most creative. I use myself as an example here as I am most creative early in the morning. This is when I write my posts. So I build the rest of my time around producing the ideas I get in the early hours. This helps me to get more done.
