The beauty of working from home and building your own global business is that you have the power to choose your business associates.
This is interesting because you cant just go out and pick out the people you want. So how can we choose our associates? Well it’s like this you need to use a formula of success in mlm and the law of attraction. Well first of all you need to build know like and trust as a leader that clients want to work with. How do you do this? Is this only for a select few? Fortunately the answer to the second question is no. The really incredible part of this is that as soon as you embark on this journey of learning it becomes contagious. It really is the formula for success. Your team will catch it, your clients will feel it and the energy you put out becomes very attractive to the universe. Suddenly you have let your team know that you are in this together. You can all learn and grow from each other as you build your business. This makes everybody comfortable in their own skin and they will feel like a valued member of your team. Stephen Covey refers to it as a win win situation in his book the eighth habit. He goes on to say that many employees feel undervalued in their jobs because nobody takes the time to find out what they can offer. When you create a learning and growing environment you are acknowledging everybody’s strengths and overcoming their weaknesses. There is no place for greed and ego to take hold.
The magic that takes place is that people will be attracted to you and your team. This will be how you choose who you want to work with.
Why is learning the answer for success?
Surely as the leader you should have all the answers. Don’t fall for this one. If you think you have all the answers, then think again. The worst thing you could to for your team is to make out like you have all the answers. This is a recipe for disaster. If you set yourself up as the expert your clients will run. Why will they run? They will see through you because nobody is the expert. They will run because they will think that they cannot possibly do what you are doing. So by trying to be the expert you are shooting yourself in the foot.
The success formula.
Success in mlm and the law of attraction is the success formula. Once you have the law of attraction working for you then you have discovered the success formula. Of course you cant just rest on having everything magical appear for you. The law of attraction is about taking action and realising the correct opportunities and decisions to attract the things you need for success. It’s about working hard and providing quality service to many people. When you give of your time and service without an agenda then and only then will you be rewarded with realising your burning desire. So now that you have established a learning environment and have the law of attraction working for you. The next step is to have a system in place that will help all of your clients and team members to become success stories if they follow it and do the work.
Success is neither magical nor mysterious. Success is the natural consequence of consistently applying the basic fundamentals.

Your system should not be about you. It should be about anybody having the capability to use it and become successful. It should be built on learning so that teaching and mentoring are a very important component of it. It should provide an ongoing personal development course. A free ongoing personal development course would be even better. The last thing you want is for your team to be digging deeper into their pockets to realise success. So free resources and low cost lead generation should be the order of the day. Your mlm distributors will feel valued and cared for if you make it a point not to keep hitting them for more money.
This will produce a positive law of attraction within the group and will exterminate any negativity that might fester. You are showing that you care about their well being and you are providing them with the skills and knowledge to be successful.
Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.
