The secret |feel good
The secret is to feel good, can it be that easy?
You know even as I have just written those words I still can’t comprehend that it is that easy. I have just finished reading Rhonda Byrne’s book the secret. The thing that smacked me right around the head was that if we don’t feel good and love ourselves then we really don’t know who we are?
This complicates everything because no matter how hard you try to manifest positive things into your life, feeling bad inside will sabotage your results.
To the extent that you will receive more of how you truly feel instead.
Is it that hard to feel good?
Well it goes something like if you are used to having negative thoughts build up over time then you are continually stock piling all those negative thoughts. This means that you are continually attracting negativity to you.
You must become aware of any negative thought and flush it out.
The only way is to become acutely aware of any negativity thought and erase from your subconscious mind. Fortunately for us our positive thoughts are much stronger than our negative thoughts.
This is good news for all of us. If we work hard at being positive and stopping negative thoughts then we truly start to feel good.
Adopt an attitude of gratitude.
This is very powerful. No matter how tough things seem to be, there is always something to be grateful for. It’s a matter of looking for it.
How do we look for it?
A good place to start is by creating a habit of giving thanks.
Make it a part of your day, commit to writing five things that you are grateful each and every day. The only rule is that you have to find five new things to be grateful for each day. This will put you in a feel good mood. You will realize that there are many things to be grateful for in your life.
Your vibrational level will lift to a higher frequency
All of that feel good vibration will lift you to a new level in your day. This will attract people and situations that are at the higher frequency to you. As you become aware of these opportunities and make good decisions based on how you feel then the magic begins to happen.
I am not going to get into any skeptical discussion as to whether you believe in the law of attraction or not, just give the above ideas a try and see what happens.
