What is my network marketing credo principle?

This question made me dig deep. What is it that I believe and stand for in network marketing? Gary Bencivenga in his one hundred copy writing  bullets puts this principle as number one. It is the credo principle that will define who you are and tell the rest of the world what you believe in.

All well and good but now comes the fun part. What is my network marketing credo principle?

I trully believe that professional network marketing is a vehicle for growth and ongoing personal development. It is the one industry that levels out the playing field and allows people to rise from mediocrity to the person they were meant to be. You see when somebody is attracted to our team it is because they want to make a difference in their lives and the lives of the people who are important to them. The whole process begins with becoming the best person you can possibly be.

It is not a get rich quick scheme!

If you are thinking of cashing in on the industry in a short amount of time, then you will have to look elsewhere because you are just not the right fit for our company and team.

If you are ready to make a positive change in your life and those who are near and dear to you please keep reading. You see we stand for building a strong sustainable business with committed entrepreneurs who are ready to grow and learn. Our motto is that we are building something that is bigger than all of us. Something that will be around for a hundred years and pay for your children’s children.

90% of network marketers fail

This statistic is alarming and could probably make you run for cover to hide in that comfortable secure job. I wouldn’t blame you. So what posses you to stay on the page. Are you somebody who is in for the long haul?  Is your why to succeed so strong that you will ignore that statistic? Can you see professional network marketing as the vehicle to make your dreams come true? Are you ready to begin a journey of growth and development that will have people being attracted to you?

Serving others to succeed

The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”

Mahatma Ghandi

Once you lose the dollars sign mentality and realise that professional network marketing is about serving others without an agenda, then you begin to get the information from your head to your heart. Once you have the information from your head to your heart, you begin to really make a positive difference. You make the difference firstly to yourself, as you learn to grow and then to the people who choose to be with you, when you exude the confidence and belief of your own growth.

Personal development

This is a huge area for you to consider because unless you have all the skills to be a brilliant leader, then you will need to plug yourself into an ongoing personal development course. Make sure your professional network marketing provides this.  Don’t fall into the trap of maxing out your credit card. Your company should be providing it for free.

Sharing and caring or competition?

Professional network marketing provides all of us with the opportunity to truly work as a team.  Yet in many situations it does not play out that way. Competition, greed and ego rear their ugly heads to turn this objective on its head. I am constantly reminded of a sporting analogy here about a champion team having the capacity to beat a team of champions. Somehow this message gets lost when greed and ego dominate the group. So how do we overcome this issue? I believe the answer is in everybody’s commitment and willingness to embark on professional and personal growth. This places everybody on a journey and at different stages of their own journey. Yes their own journey not to be compared with anybody else. This puts it all into perspective. It allows everybody to walk the talk and offer a helping hand along the way.

In conclusion my network marketing principle is to build a team of committed members who want to build there business big in a spirit  of harmony education and teamwork.
